EC Patta View ("we," "our," "the tool") is an independent, third-party service. This page explains exactly what happens to your data — plainly, without legal padding.

Your Uploaded PDF Is Never Stored

When you upload an EC or Patta/Chitta PDF to check it, the file is read in server memory to extract the information you see on screen, and then deleted immediately afterward — not after a set time window, immediately once reading is complete, whether the read succeeds or fails. We do not keep a copy, do not back it up, and there is no feature anywhere on this site to retrieve a file you previously uploaded, because it no longer exists after that moment.

What We Do Store

To keep your free report accessible in a single session, we ask for an email address (via "Continue with Google" or by typing it directly) before you can upload a document. We store:

  • Your email address
  • How you signed in (Google or typed email)
  • Your country, detected automatically from your connection
  • The date and time you signed in

We do not collect your phone number, Aadhaar number, or any government ID, under any circumstance.

Google Sign-In

If you choose "Continue with Google," we request only your basic profile information — email, name, and profile photo. We never request access to your phone number, contacts, files, or any other Google account data.

Cookies & Sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in while you use the tool. This cookie is deleted when your browser session ends or after a period of inactivity. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies beyond what's required for the AdSense placements on this site, which are governed by Google's own advertising policies.

Requesting Deletion of Your Data

You can ask us to delete your stored email and related sign-in record at any time by emailing support@ecpattaview.in with the subject line "Delete my data." We will process this within a reasonable time and confirm once it's done.

Third-Party Services

This site uses Google Sign-In (for authentication) and Google AdSense (for advertising). Both are governed by Google's own privacy policies in addition to this one. We do not sell or share your data with any other third party for marketing purposes.

In short: your document is read and forgotten. Your email is the only thing we keep, and only to keep your session working — you can ask us to remove even that at any time.
